The oils

Keep bottles upright, capped, and away from direct sunlight. Oil-based perfume deepens over the first months and holds well for around two years. If an oil thickens in the cold, warm the bottle in your hand before use.

The locket

Wipe the outside with a soft dry cloth. Avoid submerging it, and remove it before swimming or showering, water will not damage the metal, but it will flush the clay. Plated finishes last longest when stored in the pouch rather than loose in a bag.

The clay core

Never wash the core. To reset it, leave it in open air for about a week; to change scent cleanly, use a fresh one. Cores are consumable and sold in packs of three.

On skin

Apply the roller to warm points, wrists, throat, behind the ear. Do not rub the oil in; let it settle. Discontinue use if irritation occurs, and patch test if you have sensitive skin.
